You must all work together as a team to discover the clues, solve the riddles and finish the puzzles that will lead you all to victory. Frequently Asked Questions
WILL MY GROUP BE PLAYING WITH OTHERS?
Nope! Even if you don’t have the maximum number of participants, every experience is private. If you wish to add a player after booking, just bring them along (up to the max room limit) and we will adjust your balance for the extra player(s.)
AM I REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM? WHAT IF I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC?
You are not technically locked in the room. You have control of exiting the room if you need to. We want your experience to be fun! Not terrifying.
WHAT AGES ARE THE GAMES APPROPRIATE FOR?
The games are strongly recommended for ages 12 and up. (Players ages 10 and up can enjoy the experience IF the adults involve them in solving the puzzles. We recommend 2 adults participating for each player under 12.) Players 12 and under must have at least one adult in the room.
DO I HAVE TO PAY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING? WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW MANY I WILL HAVE IN MY GROUP?
At the time of booking a room, a 25% deposit is required. This allows you to pay the balance upon arrival with the option of each participant paying individually.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AND WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The actual time in the room is a max of 60 minutes. We ask that your group arrives 10 minutes prior to your scheduled experience and allow10 minutes after the game for a group photo, for an approximate total time of an hour and 20 minutes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
Because these are live-action experiences you must arrive on time in order to participate. If you arrive much after the time your experience was scheduled to start, we may have to cut your game short or reschedule your experience in order to stay on schedule.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
Reservations are strongly recommended but if we are open and have a room and staff available, we may be able to accommodate walk-ins. Please book your experience online by clicking on any of the "Book Now" buttons on our website. If you do not see a time that suits you or are having trouble booking online, give us a call or send us an e-mail and we can help ease the process.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Experiences are non-refundable. However, your game can be rescheduled if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled experience time. We understand emergencies come up. Just give us a call and we can work with you on the best possible solution.
