The once-famous circus has been left to rot, abandoned after its unfortunate closure years ago. The nefarious ringmaster was arrested, and is long dead, but his son remains, consumed by the same obsession that overtook his father: perfecting experiments to create extraordinary performers. Using his father’s old notes, he’s been kidnapping people, trying to enhance them into a new troupe of superhuman acts—a strongman with unstoppable strength, a fortune teller who truly sees the future, a knife thrower with perfect aim.
