AM I REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM? WHAT IF I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC?
You are not technically locked in the room. You have control of exiting the room if you need to. We want your experience to be fun! Not terrifying.
WHAT AGES ARE THE GAMES APPROPRIATE FOR?
The games are strongly recommended for ages 13 and up. Players 13 and under must have at least one adult in the room.
WILL I BE PLAYING WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS?
If you do not purchase the maximum number of tickets for the time slot, or select a private experience, you could potentially be playing with other players. But do not fear, this adds to the fun and we encourage making new friends!
CAN OUR GROUP PLAY ALONE?
You sure can! If you have 8 people, you are already playing with just your group. If you have less than 8, you can choose a private experience to ensure that only your group will be in the escape room.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AND WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Your actual game is a max of 60 minutes. We ask that your group arrives 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time and allow 10 minutes after the game for debriefing and photos, for a max time of an hour and 25 minutes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
Because these are live-action events you must arrive on time in order to participate as to not throw off the entire schedule. The door to the room locks at exactly the time you signed up for. If you arrive after the door to the room has been locked, we apologize, but you will not be able to participate. There are no refunds or exchanges for participants who arrive past their booking time.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
Yes, reservations are required. Please purchase your tickets online before your visit by clicking on any of the "Book Now" buttons on our website. If you do not see a time that suits you, or are having trouble booking online, please contact us so we can help ease the process or schedule a private booking time.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Our games are non-refundable. However, your game can be rescheduled if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled game time.
